"We were challenged with writing various technical documents, teaching
classes, providing desktop support on an individual basis, traveling,
and meeting insane deadlines with a professional and happy spirit. Our
organization was in the process of doing the seemingly impossible and
tedious task of migrating from 11 different email systems to one email
system. Our organization supported approximately 80,000 users across the
country and several sites overseas.
It is with utmost

their performance when ‘the going gets tough’. Karyn’s dedication to the
team and attention to details throughout the project exceeded my

necessitated dedication and positive energy from every single team
member. We accomplished our goals successfully as a team and as
independent individuals. Karyn was a tremendous asset, both as an
